Have fun.

I should wake the kids up just like they did to me when little tots.

You will love the Wilds. It's a lot of fun. You get so close to the animals. I hope they are out today.

When DS showed me on the map where it is located, I told him we should take a side trip and kidnap someone.  biggrin

Send us the rain Trudy!
My mouth is killing me. I did not like the hygienist one bit yesterday and then they put a new power coil on my braces.

Rain this morning but that brings in the cooler temps and less humidity so it's all good. Happy Tuesday everyone!

It's sooo annoying to try to shop for clothing online and you click on an image of the cutest thing and there's no option to buy!

Why advertise if you're not really advertising? Grrrrr

Morning everyone. It has cooled off a bit here. It is just under 90 instead of mid 90s. Perspective is a strange thing because I walked out the front door & thought it felt cool out. I know it is rapidly approaching but I am ready for fall.

#1 has been complaining his ear hurts since Sunday when DH took him to the golf course. DH figured he got a bug bite but I don't see anything. I've tried drops, hydrogen peroxide. If it's still bad tonight I'll have DH take him to see the doctor tomorrow. I'm tired of hauling them around to doctor's appts. I need a break.

Working from home today.

IDKWTDS, sounds like your day is going to be a blast! Love it!

FNW, kids and earaches, ugh. I feel for you. Hope he improves without having to take him to the doctor.

HI Lexxy, Vette, SB, Lily, FWM, Trudy, TD and DG! I hope you all have a great day.

Lots of errands to run today and it's going to be hot out there. Not looking forward to the heat.

As someone mentioned, fall is getting closer and closer, so I might as well enjoy the warmth while I can.

School starts the 17th and the first high school football game is the 26th. My my, the summer has flown by fast.

You are correct, it's not very far from me at all.

Corgi kept me up again. I found this in an article from the ASPCA:

A distinct feature of geriatric (late-onset) separation anxiety is that it can manifest as nighttime anxiety, almost as if your dog views your sleeping as a form of separation. Your dog may keep you awake by pacing, panting and pawing at you, and demanding attention

this sounds a lot like what he's done the last two days. I'm going to see if I can find a Comfort Zone plug in in town. Those help with anxiety.

It is going to be a long day today. It is just me & the boss & she is bored & wants to chat. By chat I mean she wants to tell me all about TV shows I'm not interested in. Yay!

I really need a day off at home alone to get some things done, but since I just took a 10 day vacation - I don't think I can.

We are hot, tired, and need to relax. Then off to downtown to pick up a geek-by-extension dinner guest!

Being bored at work is expensive. I just spent $90 at Barnes & Noble. I will have enough books to get me through until the end of summer though.

Oh yes!  and in somewhat natural roaming habitats.  There were some I had neither seen before not knew existed.  Although at Animal Kingdom, the Safari ride was great with tons of animal sightings, this one seemed more natural.  Even saw two David Deer males locking horns, wrestling, for the prize of owning the herd of females.

Corgi is 13. Life span is about 15 years for them 😥

Sundowners Syndrome.  One of my best friends is dealing with this with a pug.

As weird as it sounds, knowing there is a good possibility of it being anxiety makes me feel better. At least he's not sick. I have two comfort zone plug-ins for him. They have worked well on other issues, hope they will help this.

Imagine sitting around a restaurant reminiscing about your rock life and having Jojo wearing her racing gloves and talking endlessly about her fast car and S rolling her eyes. Then you are included!hmm

Ok - so this is ridiculous. I was looking at Traditional Home magazine and I see the most beautiful coffee cup (not tea - that's different) and saucer and I just have to have it. So, I go to the site.....uh, NO.

ONE coffee cup is $580 and the matching saucer is $240. I realize they are yellow, but they are not actually made of gold. Geesh.
