Parents of two Benghazi victims have sued Hillary Clinton, arguing that she caused the death of their sons and later defamed them in statements made to the media, according to court documents.

“During her campaign for President, Defendant Clinton has negligently, recklessly, and/or maliciously defamed Plaintiffs by either directly calling them liars, or by strongly implying that they are liars, in order to protect and enhance her public image and intimidate and emotionally harm and silence them not to speak up about the Benghazi attack on at least four separate occasions,” Larry Klayman, an attorney for the families, wrote in his complaint.

The suit was brought by Charles Woods and Pat Smith, parents of Benghazi victims Tyrone Woods and Sean Smith, respectively.

The suit also suggests Clinton's use of a private server to handle classified emails could have contributed to the deaths.

"Having used a secret private email server that we now know was used to communicate with Ambassador Christopher Stevens with confidential and classified government information, and which we also now know was likely hacked by hostile adversaries such as Iran, Russia, China and North Korea aligning with terrorist groups, it is clear that Hillary Clinton allegedly negligently and recklessly gave up the classified location of the plaintiffs' sons, resulting in a deadly terrorist attack that took their lives,” Klayman said in a statement.

A Clinton spokesman did not immediately respond to requests for comment.

Does anyone care about all of the other thousands who died? Like, maybe in a war we never should have even entered? Maybe, the people would died looking for 'weapons of mass destruction ' that NEVER EXISTED deserve to be remembered ? All I ever hear these days is about these four guys who died and it is HILARY'S FAULT.
Seriously? Haven't there been eight or nine investigations at this point? Hasn't every. Single. ONE. Cleared the department (and Hilary) of any criminal wrongdoing? Didn't they apologize and admit that mistakes where made shortly after the incident?
You want to see her drawn and quarter over this one thing so badly, you have lost all sense of perspective. I don't like Hilary, but you lot are getting insane.

 You mean every single one by Obama's administration?  

 

Hillary refused to send help when she easily could have.  She blamed it on a VIDEO and had the maker of said video in fear for his life when she knew better. 

 

And let's understand something - those wars you are talking about?  Approved by Congress.  And the people that died?  Part of our military, who signed up knowing they could be putting their lives in danger.

 

This is NOT comparable, and to try to say it is is ignorance at its finest.  

 

And before you whine about the insult - read your own damn post.

And furthermore - to assume people don't care about the military members who gave their lives because we are concerned over deaths she is flat out responsible for is STUPID. How dare you? Caring about the death of those people who were left defenseless by Hillary does not in any way diminish the sympathy and sadness one has over the loss of lives in war.

the weapons did indeed exist--multiple independent confirmations of saddam's use of some of them on his own people--multiple confirmations of his ongoing efforts to purchase/manufacture/procure them--enough with the liberal litany " they never existed. "

regards clinton, her lack of support for our own people portrays yet again her preoccupation with HER OWN agenda rather than that which is best for our country ( and countrymen )--she let those people die--no other answer--we don't back away when our people are attacked--we go to help them--it's a matter of honor and the hell with everyone's political " career "

 Dona, you yourself saw how Bernie was railroaded and you still believe in the Dems?  The corruption in that party blows my mind, I thought after the whole Bernie thing and the evidence presented against the Dems collaborating against him would wake you up.  That corruption is the very reason why Trump is so popular.  We are d-o-n-e done! with the corruption of the current political system.
