Beginning on September 1, 2016, all sales are final. No returns will be accepted, and products will be sold as is, without warranty. We are not responsible for any losses incurred due to attempted returns of purchases made after September 1.

All products purchased prior to September 1, 2016 will still be eligible for returns based on the policy in place at that time. Returns for those products will be accepted for 30 days post purchase.

I got the same letter. I haven't ordered from them in forever. And just and FYI. I order from Puritan's Pride now. They have awesome products. And you can buy one on most things and get two free. Once you hit forty dollars shipping is free. I ordered a bunch of vitamins the other day and then went to the doctor. She took me off them and told me to buy gummies. I called to see if I could exchange them. She said their policy is that they don't do exchanges, only credits. I could keep the three bottles of multivitamins and use them as samples and make sure I told my friends where they came from. I gave them all to DN. They credited me the money for them to order new stuff.

I've never purchased anything from there, but "All sales final after (date)" is never a promising thing to see.

I don't order from them too often but they sell the Jergens cherry & almond hand soap I love. It is the only place I know that sells it. I am sad now cry

ETA:  I just googled & Walgreens.com sells it & I don't think they will be closing any time soon.
