My previous foster daughter? She contacted me tonight I haven't heard from her in over three years!!! So many feelings are fluttering through me but all I can think is this happened for a reason. She still hasn't been adopted yet, she's 15 now. What if I could try again? She wants to meet up!

Thanks guys, I have seriously thought about her every day.

I feel like she came back for a reason and God is giving us a second chance or something. Either way, I'm glad I must have made some kind of positive impact on her for her to remember me after all this time

Gosh, that gave me goosebumps, Vette!  I sure do remember, and especially how hard you worked to get her and help her.  Even with legalities aside, you can be her real-life Mom/Friend.  How is she doing?  Is she with foster parents?
