I hope I'm reading it wrong but it appears it's illegal to change a baby's diaper in AZ. Forbid the child need medical attention for their genital area. Absolutely ludicrous.
Very poorly written law. It is akin to when the first sexual predator laws were written; the way they were written, people peeing outside were prosecuted under the law and made to register as a sex offender. Of course, that was changed.
