DD had some friends stay over last night, I have no breakfast food to feed them. All the packages of bacon I have are in the freezer and they won't be up before the meeting starts for me to see if they want eggs or pancakes. Very poor planning...

Can you quick defrost the bacon by submerging it in hot water in the sink? That's what I do and it works pretty well. Just replace the water when it cools if necessary.
#1's finger wasn't as bad as the radiologist thought. Ortho thought the growth plate was pushed and no break. So he just has to buddy tape his finger to the middle finger for a couple weeks and refrain from contact sports.

Last day on my own, parents come back tonight. I unfortunately have a busy day. Need to collect a urine sample from Corgi and deliver it to the vet. While at vet I am picking up mom's beagle who has been vacationing there all week. I really want to get my nails done, they really need it. I might even try a new color, I have my usual a nice pink with some sparkles. But I feel adventurous. Then off to work. I have so much to do, I could spend all day and night at the office. But I won't. I need to get things back in order and finish up a few things. I know what I would rather be doing, but I need to adult today.....adulting sucks.
I have thrown frozen bacon in the skillet and it's great. Hope you got the girls fed before your phone conference, IKWTDS.

done. There is a LOT of dust in those places. All of my local
nail salons offer bottled water to all their customers. $0.37 per
customer is a great investment.
My body and brain says get up but my eyes don't want to be open. I think I need caffeine.

Got bathroom clean. Poor diabetic kitty pees so much his feet get wet and then he's tracking it around. Ugh! On a mission to find something that won't pool while he's going. Hopefully once his blood sugar regulates he won't go so much.
Nails are done. They weren't busy at all, so it didn't take nearly as long as usual. They are now a nice burgundy color. I didn't even notice when I picked the color that they match my purse nicely lol. The nail place I go to has a little fridge with mini bottles of water, but they don't charge for them.
Picked up something to eat and just got to the office. Time to unearth my desk

Amazing what one can find when scrounging before the week's grocery shopping is done. I did cook the bacon, I had left over pumpkin bread I made the other night, plus fruit and a few individual containers of honey nut cheerios. I really good meal.

My BFF has a rose gold iPhone 6s. I have been coveting it. But decided to tough it out until the new 7 came out. Plus, I was almost out of storage. I should be set for a while. I currently have a 16gb and I'm getting a 128gb
I got a cute case too. It's clear but with sparkles. So you'll be able to see the pink through it with sparkles. I might still get a wallet case like I have, but I'll admire it for a while
