I think several of those should not be under the federal law.

I think states need to be given back their authority over some of these.

I think the states should be allowed to regulate most everything that happens within their borders. If illegal aliens are in their state, they should have the power to deport them. Health insurance should be regulated by the state insurance boards only to the extent of making sure insurance companies pay when they are required to. Just about everything on that list affects the states and their coffers - so they should be in control.

Pursuant to the constitution, the federal government has very LIMITED control, and it specifically leaves most of the power to the states. I'm tired of the federal government ignoring that.

My opinon as well. The states should be in full control over 99% of what is or isnt allowed. The government's control should be on protecting the U.S. period.
