As for Hillary supporters, they don't care either way and are going to vote for her no matter what. The real issue are the people on the fence. Do they have enough sense to know how much this stinks and that this just MORE evidence of the tentacles of her corruption?

Comey should have pushed for indictment in July. I know it's not his place to actually indict, it's the Attorney General's. But if he'd pushed it, she would have been hard pressed not to follow through with the recommendation.
Comey and the FBI lost my respect when he laid out several reasons why she should be indicted. Said anyone with evidence suggesting that they had done the things that she did would be, and then said that the FBI wasn't recommending indictment.
What I'd like to know is this: If it took about a year to go through 55,000 e-mails, how can they process 650,000 in about a week? Even allowing for software of some kind to strip out all of the ones that they already had, and assuming that all of those already obtained were duplicated in the new batch, that still leaves 595,000 to go through. The math just doesn't work out.
I just would like to know when "intent" was the standard? Ignorance of the law used to be no excuse. But, obviously using Bleachbit to scrub and destroy her computers speaks volume about her "intent". He is gutless, corrupt, pathetic weak man. Who, most likely will end in a body bag anyway for simply knowing too much. Have the guts to stand up for what is Right. But it just shows you how far gone Democrats really are. They know she is corrupt and i guess they figure if they are on the side of corruption, that somehow that will protect them.

She fully intended to do what she did. That was a cop-out, totally and completely. And intent is in an element in many crimes, spelled out - but I don't recall it in that statute.
