I am off to work.....again. I worked about 4 hours yesterday on a project for one of the VPs. Now today I'm going in to get my work done. Good news, they hired someone to be the president's assistant. She starts tomorrow, so I also need to get prepared for the transfer of duties there.
Went on the Tavern Tasting in town last night. 5 bars with a specialty drink and appetizers at each. It was a lot of fun. Christmas is a bit of a big deal here in my town. The whole town is decorated and the courthouse has a light show set to music. On the weekends, there are busses of people that come to see it all. Its great for the town, and they have fun events like the Tavern Tasting as fund raisers. It almost makes you forgive the creepiness of the Dickens statues.....almost. Those things freak me out.
