Today I'm at work, having lunch with my Mom, maybe a little shoe-shopping, Reacher goes to the vet this morning to have his teeth cleaned... a pretty normal day.

Mom and I went to Mimi's Cafe ("French Inspired" food); their corn chowder soup is good. Mom and her husband gave me a 1921 silver dollar as part of my birthday present! They've decided, and I think wisely, to begin downsizing and give some of the stuff they've collected over the years to their kids as gifts.
