I have been up since 7:30 and this is my first chance to sit down. I've been run run running trying to get all the stuff my mom wants done finished. Didn't go to bed until 2 either. She looks at me earlier and says: you look tired. Um, ya think?
I've already gotten a couple emails from my boss with stuff to do when I get back after Christmas. Seriously, that man needs to learn what vacation and holiday mean. One of the emails was asking the progress of a project I should have finished, and I don't. Thanks for the reminder that I suck bossman.
My sister and her family are on their way. Should get in about 6. Then it will be present time. The Boy is coming over sometime. I hope he's not upset that he's coming here but I couldn't travel with him for his family's Christmas.
It's 70 degrees! Feels sooo good. Heaters are off, windows are open.
There is a storm brewing but it's beautiful right now.
ETA: Everyone went home. My brother and his kids and his dogs. It's was a very nice visit.

DH's son arrived at 9:00, stayed through dinner, and
left around 5:00. Nice visit, just wish it could have
been longer. He lives about 400+ miles away, so we
don't get to see him often.

We had a thunderstorm and ice rain twice today! That's unheard of in these parts!
The gifts are all opened, the food was delicious and the kids are happily playing with new toys.
We have company now too. It has been an awesome day.

Faith isn't something that keeps bad things from happening. Faith is what helps us get through bad things when they do happen.
Had a wonderful Christmas even though my sink clogged right before my Christmas eve party😰 it was still a success despite the clogged sink. My husband fixed it after everyone went home. I would advise that you never put a boiled egg down the garbage disposal.
Christmas was nice. We went to church, came home and grilled filets for our Christmas dinner then opened presents. It is so fun having a toddler at Christmastime.

We arrived at DDs house and Sweetness was playing with her toys. I opened the door, G behind me and said Merry Christmas! She immediately came running to me, but ran past me and said Merry Christmas Gbop! as she jumped into his arms. Really?????? I honestly didn't care. I'm glad she loves him as much as she does. Bruiser got a tool bench...and proceeded to hit his sister in the head with the hammer every chance he got.

I had a great time with my siblings, all were at Mom's this year. I ended up with Yankee Swap gift I brought, extremely happy about that; car theme with a dashcam, commuter mug, SB GC, first aid kit, and a blanket to keep in the car.

We picked up MIL on Tuesday, flew to Moms on Wednesday. Just left both moms behind to visit bff for one day. Then back to moms tomorrow and fly home Wednesday. I am mom'd out.
I hope everyone had a Merry Christmas! I would have made the wish last week before I went home for the weekend, but I couldn't get on Thursday, and went home Friday because of the holiday weekend.
