its almost 11 am and no daily thread, what's wrong with you people?
i slept way in, I got up about 10. I feel so guilty about it, but I'm going to try to actually be semi productive today. I need to go into town and pick up a few things. I really wanted to run over to the city and do some shopping, but my mom has plans for my time, so that will have to wait.
I also need to plug my Fitbit in. Time to get my fat@$$ back on the wagon!

Would you believe me if I told you I just got up? Maggie woke me super early yo let her out & I had a hard time falling back asleep but once I did I started a whole new sleep cycle. I dreamed I was back in college. I had done my term paper but didn't have it with me. I knew I had had it earlier but couldn't remember how I got to campus.

I could have started one 8 hours ago, but I didn't want to be a show-off
I could have started one 5 hours ago but thought a holiday for the daily is appropriate! Anyway, I have been productive today. I also bought a humidifier. I sat here this morning constantly blowing my nose. I had enough! Researched humidifiers and hauled my snotty nose to Lowes and bought one. It has been running for 45 minutes and I have already slowed down on the nose blowing. humidity is up to 32, set it for 50, should be there soon. Apparently the dry air is the problem to what I thought was allergies.

As I am. Humidity is close to 40 now. I feel so much better! I have more energy. I feel so stupid though for not knowing the dry air was the issue.
My mother has 2 dehumidifiers going in her house. Which is great since she had a mold problem. Which sucks since my sinus are used to an average humidity of 60%. I bought a humidifier when we were there for the bedroom. It helped even with DH and snoring.
Rainy and overcast today. Any day that I wake up on this side of the dirt is a good one.
DH got up for work this morning, went to work only to find out they are still closed. Well, we had a good outing after he got home. Chiro, lunch at favorite Jewish deli, then shopping to use up the gift cards to Macys that Bossman gave me. Pillows and sheets were the only things that we wanted.
Classes start again today. I just ordered all by books (OUCH $$$) I am taking three this term. Crossing fingers that I don't go crazy. Going to take a nap and then get started.
It's a good thing we can't gain weight just looking at it.

I have this fear that I'm going to screw up and think it's a holiday when it's not and accidently no-show for work. no one has called looking for me, so I think I'm good for today.

I went to work on a snow day a few years ago. I called my boss & she said she had left a message when I didn't answer & to hurry up & get back home because it was supposed to get really bad soon. Doh!
I've done that, got the kids up and ready for school only to realize there was 1 more day of break.
Speaking of which, it's back to school for Aaron tomorrow.

We had inventory today which means I had to be at work at 4:30am. I came home and took a nap afterwards and now I am not tired. Getting up so early really screws with my biorhythm for days. Urgh.
Next year January's inventory will be at night 😊 The inventory company didn't have an evening spot this year. I even tried to bribe them.
