Today is DS' birthday. I ordered a table that matches the Adirondack chairs I gave him last year for his porch. Ordered it Wednesday night, it was delivered to his house yesterday. Gotta love LL Bean.

I love LL Bean. They donated to Trump and are catching flack over it. Being bullied. I say buy more LL Bean! (I love their lined pants for the boys but they are out of the ones they like).

Big game for Butler today. Playing Xavier. We hate Xavier. I won't be able to watch since that's exactly the time I need to be driving west. I'll keep an eye on my ESPN updates. Go Dawgs!!
Morning everyone. We were expecting ice but warmer air moved in & all we got was rain. I think a little sleet was mixed in because I could here it ticking at the windows but no ice. Yay!
Thank the Good Lord above, no ice or snow or even cool temps for us.
It's 61, real feel of 68, and we are headed past 70.
The only problem is with the recent snow and rain, and now the warming trend, things are greening up and allergies are trying to act up.
But we just spray our noses and go on.
Going to putter around the house today, someone will need to run out for eggs and bread.
You know, basic stuff.
But not me.
CZECH, hope your hubs feels better soon. Send the kids and grands to the movies.

That's it. DH cannot go shopping with me anymore. We stopped at the grocery store after getting pedicures (yes, both of us). And the guy in charge of the meat department asked if he could help us find something. I said I was looking for something inexpensive to jump out at me since my tastes are usually expensive. He asked what I really wanted. I said lamb but we are looking to do a steak tonight. Well, that was the wrong thing to say. T-bones were on sale for $5.99/lb but if you bought 3 packs of certain cuts, they were $4.99 (normally $10.99/lb). Oh, and btw leg of lamb is on sale for $1.99/lb, normally $10.99/lb or boneless for $3.99, normally $13.99/lb. And they had a pack of pork shoulder ribs reduced to $0.99/lb.
We did some other shopping there as well. Before discounts, the bill was $189 After, $90.

It's on Hulu, yes. That's where DH and I watch it. Although we don't get the no commercial hulu and watching commercials ticks me off now. I am so used to DVD and on demand that I forget what it's like to watch with commercials.
