Snow is holding off until later this afternoon which means I can get my errands done this morning. DD and I have hair appointments at noon. We will hunker down afterwards. Snow will continue overnight and into tomorrow.

Good morning, everyone. It's been raining here since about 9 last night. I'm just grateful it's not snow.
I've not heard about the fire and bridge but thankfully no one was hurt.
I haven't had tuna noodle casserole in such a long time. Now I'm hungry for it. I've been wanting to make tuna-ala-king over waffles but haven't gotten around to making the waffles yet. This dreary weather has me lazy.

BUT, I just got off the phone with the sweetest guy! I called a number I had for a rep, but that is no longer his number. It now belongs to Ted. When Ted answered, I apologized for the bad info I had and the sweet man said, "Well, darling, this call just gives me a chance to tell you that I hope you have a great day!" I just wanted to reach through the phone and hug him!

DD and I just got back from having our respective hair done. We look great! And we got home in the nick of time. Although it's been snowing for 4 hours, it has not been accumulating until now. We are home for the remainder of the storm.

Had high winds last night and the dust hanging in the air looked like fog. Yesterday was one thing after another. DS has another ear infection. This time, it's both ears. I had chronic ear infections as a kid and wish he didn't inherit that. I'm enjoying some time on the computer before having to get started gathering for the garage sale at my dad's Church. He's picking stuff up on Monday.

Belle, I'm so sorry you felt the need to leave but am very happy you've found another. It's definitely not an easy decision. I've done it a couple of times. I've come to the conclusion that, even with a church, not everything or everyone is meant to be permanent in our lives. Sometimes we grow past what a church, or another person, is capable of giving us to fill whatever it is we need. Churches, like relationships, need to grow. Not all church leaders are willing to do so.
IMO, that's why there are so many different denominations born from one or the original religion.
