I want to ask what's a cath but I have a really weak stomach so I'm afraid. Can you give it to me in gentle terms?
A heart catheterization. They use a really long tube through the vein to get to the heart to be able to better diagnose blockages. Usually starts from your wrist or thigh.
The cath found more blockage then they were expecting. It is effecting all the arteries. They are meeting with a surgeon this afternoon. I'm not exactly sure what all this means, but in my mind, the fact it was caught proactively and not during a crisis is a good thing.

DG, it is good that he listened to his body and gone to the dr. Right a way. It is better to treat it now then wait til he has a emergency.
