There's a channel called Me TV that plays old shows. I think that I could watch it all day. Right now Green Acres is on. Earlier it was George Burns and Gracie Allen.
We need some good movies recommendations. Prefer dramas or comedys without GD or F-bombs every other sentence.

Oh . . . Good morning, everyone! It's a beautiful day in my neighborhood, well, aside from the dog poop smell from the neighbors' yard. Have to work today from 5 to 10. Hate working the late shift like that. Other than that, I'm puttering around the apt. It's only in the 60s currently. Strange for August.
Or yelling. So many of these people are always yelling at each other. Especially on the shows geared towards the younger audience. Kids disrespecting adults and each other. The boys have been watching YouTube gaming videos. I don't mind. Those are much better than the crap they show on Nickelodeon.
Need to get up and get moving. Need to dust and vacuum, maybe run some errands.

Generally any of the PG13 rated movies will have less foul language.

I get it.

So last night I dreamt my ex showed up at my house with a gun and in the drear I was trying to dial 911 but couldn't get the call to go through.
I've tried shaking that feeling all day but it just keeps hanging on.
I'm hoping this helps me get rid of it.

What a horrible dream lily! Hope you have sweet dreams tonight. Took little man to the park and then to the store. Gave him lunch and now he is sleeping.
Sleeping babies are the best. I miss holding mine while they slept.

My #2 couldn't sleep last night. After hours of back and forth, with DH trying to get him to sleep, I had him crawl in bed with us. He was out within seconds. And so was I. Around 3 AM I woke up and escorted him to his own bed. I felt like I was squashed between two furnaces and was starting to sweat. I hope he sleeps tonight.
My #2 couldn't sleep last night. After hours of back and forth, with DH trying to get him to sleep, I had him crawl in bed with us. He was out within seconds. And so was I. What worked for me, and my mom did with me, was let the child lay with you until ready to fall asleep and then get in their own bed.
It worked every time.
And didn't last long.

We're getting ready for a small Vaca, too. We leave Sunday morning for 4 days in Myrtle Beach.
