The sun is shining in my neck of the world. It's a beautiful day so far. Gotta get the laundry started. I sure wish I could hang it out rather than use a dryer. *sigh*

Just got back from a local town's celebration. They closed off the center and had a car show. My friend who has an antique fire truck asked me to with him to show it. It was a lot of fun. The kids loved it! And it's the only antique vehicle at the show that people were welcome to sit in. Of course, the kids had a blast getting in the cab and blowing the siren. We high tailed it out of there right before out Governor was due to give a 1 hour speech.

Woohoo! Rafa's playing again today and Fed is up tonight. I take it Djokovic isn't playing this Open? I haven't heard or seen anything about him.
Novak is out for the rest of the year. Bad elbow, I think.
Andy Murray pulled out a couple of days before the Open. I'm guessing his hip is still bothering him.
Rafa and Roger are on the same side of the draw, dang it!

I'm not disappointed about Murray. lol Never cared to watch him. Disappointed about Novak. I love watching him! But WOW!!! What a comeback from del Potro tonight against Thiem!!! Especially being sick with a virus the last couple days. That was awesome to watch!
