The other day, a friend I went to high school with did a post on Facebook, and someone responded to her and SHE HAD THE SAME NAME AS YOU.  I was like, WTF????  My worlds just collided.  How the hell does Karyn know Vette?  I posted on there trying to figure it out.  Then I was so confused b/c Karyn said she worked with you, and I'm like, when did Vette move to Michigan, or when did Karyn move out west?  

 

I was soooooo confused.  Then I figured out there are 2 of you.

Lol. I have a girl I went to HS with who has the same first name and a last name very very similar. I do a lot of double takes scrolling my feed

So this thread reminded me that Vette was my very first geek meet. I traveled to her city on business often. And one time decided to meet her with my hooker boots and all. What an awesome time. and we did it again! I am sure I am off topic here but Vette and our meets helped me trust in other geeks and meeting up.

Yes.  Your new last name.  After I looked a little closer, I saw the first name was off by one letter.
