What in the world is wrong with people?  The jogger must be getting off on the act of pooping in public:

 

his runner keeps coming in turd place.

A jogger in Colorado Springs, Colorado, has terrorized a family by taking weekly dumps outside their home, KKTV reports. The woman has been dubbed “The Mad Pooper” by Cathy Budde, who says her children were the first people to catch the jogger in the act, squatting with her shorts down.

Budd told the station she asked the woman, “Are you really taking a poop right here in front of my kids? She’s like, ’Yeah, sorry!′ ”

A sign begging her to stop hasn’t helped either.

“This isn’t behavior that we see on a routine basis,” Lt. Howard Black of the Colorado Springs Police Department told The Huffington Post on Tuesday.

Black said the suspect has defecated in several parts of the neighborhood, according to witness statements.

I could see that ok, maybe one time someone had an accident. That happens. However, to do it repeatedly is an on purpose. Or, maybe that person has mental health issues.

I still think a pile of poison ivy covered with leaves is the way to go. When she squats down the next time she will have something to think about.

 

 Joking aside this is a bio hazard and can spread e coli to unsuspecting neighbor.

This "news" story is now all over buzzfeed and TMZ. I can't wait to see what this woman has to say when they catch her. There is now way her identity can be secret for long now.

I can't even excuse this if it was a one time accident. HOLD IT! If it was truly an accident she would find a bush or an alley, not someone's yard. That's effed up I would be so angry.
