I slept in til 9. Don't like when I sleep in like that but I guess I needed it. What's on my agenda for the day? Who knows. Perhaps some laundry, perhaps a bit more errand running. Right now, the brain isn't functioning well enough to know.

Momala, we were up at 4:30! Had to get little man ready for his ride back to his dad. Our oldest DD and her family were traveling his way, so they got him early for the trip. My butt will drag all day.

It has been raining here since before noon yesterday. We have 3 inches of rain with maybe another inch or two to come yet. It is wet! And chilly! Our high maybe 55 again. Wearing layers today, brrr! Definitely fall.

90 hear too. Have the applesauce going, added cranberries and some lemon to it. I cut the apples up and put them in the pot with skins on since the skins add to the flavor. Will pick the skins off as the apples get smushy. And then add the nutmeg, cinnamon, and cloves.

I have finished two schoolwork assignments and need to get one more done.
It has also been a busy weekend with shopping and cooking. Yesterday we went to a gun show and grocery shopping. We also cooked several pounds of tomatoes making sauce and roasted tomato soup. Today, I made a double batch of spinach artichoke dip and froze it into individual servings. Still need to make two kinds of stuffed peppers - one with ground beef and the other with polenta. I'll get DH to help with the peppers.

Crossing finger, I will get my BS at the end of February. I have three more classes after this term. Providing that I pass both that I am currently taking. Nonprofit management is kicking my butt. Going into week 4 and I have no understanding what the final project with milestones along the way.
And that will just be my first Bachelors. I am looking at getting two and probably a Masters in Social Work/Human Services.
