We spent all day yesterday cleaning and rearranging my office at work for better efficiency! I'm hoping today will be very productive!
Today will be spent trying to find all the things you moved yesterday.
Is it really hot and humid there? It's like a steam shower here. I feel really bad for anyone with breathing problems.

It's a dreary, muggy start to the day here. It's still totally overcast. Boy, oh boy, did it rain yesterday! I had a meeting set up to start the paperwork for the new apartment in the morning and got totally caught in a torrential downpour that soaked me through and through. Did I have my umbrella? hahaha Sure! On the back seat of the Jeep. Did I remember? Nope! Oh well. The paperwork is started. I'm awaiting notice of a move-in date now. And, in true nature for me, I'm now second guessing myself. I know I cannot stay in my current apartment as it's literally driving me nuts and not healthy. I really like the new apartment but something in me is tugging at me about the whole situation. Not sure what.
Anyway, got that all taken care of and DGD decided she wanted to come home with me for a few hours. We stopped at the grocery store, picked up some hamburger to make burgers with because that's what she wanted and came home. She was such a sweetie. We spent hours upon hours redoing my spotify account on my new phone and getting that set up properly so it's ready to go now. We loaded more than 100 songs. DGD was so funny in that she would look totally surprised when hearing some of them. She's like, "Hey, I know that song!" I told her that the groups she listens to were not the original artists to them and that she was now listening to the originals. She loved it! I'm still searching for some so if anyone has any ideas about any classic rock tunes for me, just let me know.
Today will be spent making some phone calls, cleaning and hopefully packing some stuff. I need more boxes though. Hope everyone has a great day!
Good morning everyone! I loved my office after I cleaned it up. Hope it cools down for you all soon. It has been warm here but the humidity has made it much worse, today it is raining. Good luck on your move FS!
My office manager had our IT guy block Amazon, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest from our Firewall. LOL. Somehow, I'm still able to get Facebook, but others are not. The Amazon pisses me off. But, I'm quite sure that will bug the crap out of her, too, quite quickly. She's on Amazon all the time.
Joke is on her. THIS is the site they need to block for me. LOL.

I've been trying to make my own iced mochas because it's just too expensive buying the Starbucks ones all the time. I think I finally have it perfected.

You do that using your left over coffee from the pot. Such as in the morning I make about 7 cups, drink 1-2 cups at home, but the rest goes into my commuter mug of which I dump most out when I get home (not safe to drink from my mug on the commute), add some mocha ice cream and there you have it!
