yes, and I believe him. He may not be the most eloquent public speaker but he is compassionate when speaking one on one. When ever anyone starts a statement off with the word "basically" they are paraphrasing and injecting their opinion.

Then her story changed with each interview. She went from paraphrasing to a definite statement then claimed his comment was flippant and made jokingly, then said it was serious. And then expanded it on the view. She's also been trying to impeach Trump since he was sworn in. This is her 15 minutes.
