President Trump arrived at Yokota AFB at 1038 local time and was met by an overwhelming crowd of active duty, dependents, etc. He addressed the troops after receiving an Air Force Jacket from the Commander. A short address and then into a helicopter and off to Kawagoe to meet Prime Minister Abe for a light lunch and an afternoon of "working golf" which I assumes means they will be holding discussion at the same time they are playing.
Tomorrow meetings with the government, the parents of the girl kidnapped to North Korea, a Dinner hosted by the Emperor. The next day off to South Korea.
Sunday night now and all is going very well. They seemed to enjoy the round of golf, but no scores were released. LOL Hopefully everything goes well tomorrow with their talks and NK does not try to pull anything.
Karl the welcoming you describe occurs here too. Unfortunately, our media is corrupt they don't report it. in fact they will release "poll" numbers that state his approval rating is the lowest of any president in history.

My mother will not believe anything but the fake news media, and it breaks my heart that she is so gullible. Mom firmly believes that I will break the family apart just mentioning Trumps success as President. I wish she could see this, but she calls it fake news. My sisters are the same way. I stand alone.
