I am a lazy brat today. I have no idea where I've put my ambition or desire to accomplish anything but it has disappeared and I can't find it. UGH! Christmas isn't that far away and I've still not decorated a thing except the living room floor, where everything is sprawled out waiting to be placed or hung. *sigh* I'm tempted to just put it all back in the box and back in the closet.
My downstairs neighbor was having trouble closing her front door. She'd have to slam it so hard three or four times to get it to shut that it felt like an 8.9 earthquake. She and her other neighbors have said they've requested it be fixed numerous times but she was still waiting This month, when I paid the rent, I wrote a letter about it to the manager. The next day, maintenance was here to fix it. The problem is, she and her gkids and DD continue to slam the door. Today was the last straw for me. When her DD did it, I got off the chair and jumped about two feet in the air and slammed my feet down on the floor. I'm sure she got the message. If it happened once or twice a day it wouldn't be a big deal but they're in and out 30, 40, 50 times a day.
On a brighter note, DGS has his band concert tonight. I can't wait. I actually am not in the mood to go but that's all the more reason to get dressed and go. I'll have to clean off the Wrangler first though. I was hoping the wind and sun would take care of it but that's not happening. lol
I wrapped some gifts yesterday, ton more to wrap but can't until DD is not around. Also no floor space for gifts so one chair has to go. Dog will be mad since the chair I plan on moving is the one he likes to lie on top of and look out the picture window.

We got to the upper 40's today. Brrr! I know some of you are colder but this is cold for us! Went to the gym earlier (finally broke my diet plateau) and some more Christmas shopping. Just about done with everyone.

I've baked all day, cookies that is. Decorating of said cookies later in the week. Took DD shopping for her friends today. She selected a lot and got some good deals. Done I hope!

It is officially Christmas! The neighbors have put up their singing Christmas lights. They live across from the house behind me. It is so loud I can hear it inside and sing along with every song.
