So grandbaby # 5 is being induced tomorrow morning. I am sick as a dog. Nor so much that I couldn't drive there, but enough that a am weak, sore, throat and chest hurt and fever here and there. I REALLY want to be there, but I shouldn't, right??? I've never missed one. And it will break my heart. Maybe I could go and just not hold her? Just see her?

My mom always went to my sisters to help after her births. And they should not want you to Go Being sick as a dog. You’re making the right choice and this is a joyful occasion. Congratulations!

THEN see the new family. But no NEVER
go to see a new-born if you are sick.
You can see them on Facebook, Twitter,
etc., but please, keep the germs to
yourself. They will love you even more
for this.
It is not a "heartbreaking dilemma"; it
is being cognizant of what you could
bring to the Mom and Baby. You will
be able to visit soon. "Baby" will not
know the difference, and "Mom" will
thank you for your consideration.

Have you seen a doctor, young lady? I'm glad you decided to stay home.
I'm at the walk in right now. Woke up feeling worse and can't swallow. I'm thinking strep...
I'm glad you went for medical help. You said you were having chest pain and trouble breathing . . . that concerned me. Did G go with you? Is he feeling any better?
Follow the doctors orders. After the tragic turn of events I've witnessed due to strep, just stay away until the doctor gives the ok.
Skype with them!
