Working from home here, too. Just less than an inch, but it stuck to the roads more than anything and the schools are on a delayed opening. And since the plumber is returning to continue the water main replacement, it's a good reason to be home.
No work for me today! It's 22* here with a real feel of 11*. The high for the day won't break freezing. The wind is picking up, as it usually does after a snow event. It's gusting to a little over 20mph. I've had just about three hours of sleep and want to go back to bed. I couldn't sleep last night so stayed up to watch the Aussie Open. I got to bed around 3:30 and just as I started falling asleep, the plow guy showed up to plow the lot. He did a super lousy job, btw. Finally fell asleep and the maintenance guy woke me at 5:30 with his little tractor plow doing the sidewalks. UGH! A nap is definitely in my not too distant future.
I didn't intend to be up watching but since I couldn't sleep and it was on . . . ya know, I had to watch! It was a pretty good three-set win for Rafa. I think Djok is on tonight. I'll have to stay up to watch that one. Fed plays tonight too but it's at like 4:30 a.m. I'm hoping to be sleeping by then! hahaha
I almost, I said almost, hate to report that we are above 10 degrees already. Bwahahahaha... That's freakin' warm!
Yeah, yeah, I know, we live in the mid-continental freezer zone. ;)

DD's kids can not kick this stuff. And, thankfully, it is not the flu. Two out again today. One child has only been to school one day in the last 8 days of school. :(

Definitely an improvement today. Had a coughing fit this morning but no asthma attack. It feels like my lungs are trying to clear the pipes, so to speak.
The roads are relatively clear except in the shade.

Perfect plan. Caitlyn has to be at work at 6 most mornings, she does that and changes at school.
Sometimes, she changes back before going home.
They wear scrubs at work, she doesn't have to bring them home.

I got to loving the smell of bleach cause anytime I heard a sniffle I'd go to bleaching everything.
