Ugh. Just listened to my parents go on and on about the youtube videos the boys watch and how damaging they are, what a terrible parent I am for allowing them to watch them, etc. Guess I'm raising serial killers now.
I've watched these videos. A bunch of college grads in a room wearing safety gear smashing food through things, etc., watching it back in slo-mo, etc. Stupid yes, but no worse than those idiot Three Stooges back in their day, or any other slapstick crap (which I hate, too). I do enjoy the Dude Perfect videos they watch, however. They make some great shots. But no, even those are harmful, apparently.

I dislike slap tick crap too. And IMO that is more violent then much of what can be viewed on YouTube. Point it out to them.

They are upset because of the latest "soap bud challenge" where teenagers are dying. The videos the boys watch have "challenges", but also big reminders throughout to "don't try this at home" and are in no way deadly or even harmful. But she thinks the boys are impressionable and will grow up to become college dropouts living in my basement making youtube videos.
Exactly! And I'm always telling the boys, "don't you EVERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR try that!"
I'll tell them to not watch that stuff in front of my parents. #1 doesn't say much apparently because he knows they don't like it, but #2 laughs his ass off and that bothers my parents.
Can't watch those videos of women walking in heels and turning their ankles, either. Those turn my stomach.
It's actually sort of nice out today!
Pretty sure I have bronchitis, it's kicking my butt, but I'm getting things done. Albeit, slowly.
Happy Friday!

So excited. I am supposedly buying a milk bottle from a local seller on FB. I is glass surrounded by metal with the stamp of the local farm. The farm is no longer. I am hoping the seller still sells to me. It will be a perfect add to my dining room as a vase.

Oh, oh, oh!!! Love antique milk bottles!
DH found one, completely intact, in a local creek a few years ago. The company has been abandoned for over 80 years and the bottle was originally from Hot Springs SD. That bottle traveled a long time down that creek to get here. That's over 200 miles!
The old bottles add so much character to a home.
Good luck and I sincerely hope you get that bottle!

I will post a pic only if I actually get it. Funny since she posted it for sale so many people are commenting so am concerned she will sell to a higher bidder in PM.
