Made it to the office. Sneezing a little and some coughing but a dry cough so I think I am not bothering anyone especially since someone else near is coughing up a lung right now.

My company is not doing traditional reviews this year. We are having "development discussions". I actually really enjoyed mine. It was an hour of honest discussion with my boss about where I fit and where I want to go. Nothing was said about salaries. And our bonuses (if we get one) will be handed out seperatly in a month or so.
