Be safe, lindley! Nothing but pouring rain and very dense fog here since I awoke at 7 this morning. It's damp and chilly. A good soup day! Italian wedding sounds good. Enjoy the day!
Yeah, I had errands to run today too but decided it just wasn't worth the soaking or fighting the fog. It's so think I can't see the length of a football field. Tomorrow's another day.

On call. Overcast and windy here. It might rain. I already worked 3 hours. Hopefully that's it. I saw hot doctor walking down the hall with a mask on. I guess even the flu has gotten him too. I'm staying medicated. I think mine is just a mild cold. Stay warm and dry folks!
Keeping grandson for another day. Husband couldn't get his four wheel ram truck out of our driveway and the road is solid ice. We don't want to risk it with little man. He is being good so that isn't a problem.
Looking at vaca spots. Thinking of taking one without DD. I want to go to an Island and the only one DD can go to is PR since she has no passport. I don't even care if I go by myself. Although it would be best to have a companion. I just need a reset.

I have bad memories of Jamaica, I have zero desire to go back. Thinking of the BVI, or If I go to the US VI I can bring DD. I should check into that.
Care to share?
Most of the bad memories are due to how my ex treated me when we went there on our honeymoon, he was abusive to say the least. Other than that, you quickly find out that going off secured resort property is a no no unless you are with a tour. And even then you will enciunenc a lot of crime in the shopping areas including locals sticking joints in your mouth. The police stations are surrounded by Barb wire.

Okay, thanks. I have heard that. The resort is shuttling us to and from the airport. My hairdresser went last year and they rented a car. Big mistake she said.
