On my way home from picking up chili
cook-off bibs, I stopped at a new (to me)
meat market. I've been very disappointed
in the meat at my local markets lately.
Tough, and very little flavor. We'll see
how this tastes tonight.
Boneless rib eye, baked potato, salad, and
some green veggie. Rib eye was expensive,
but we'll see if it is tender enough for DH.
