Dark and gloomy this morning. Wind is increasing rapidly.
DD and her family are heading to the state capitol for Monster Truck weekend. They are leaving about 1:30. I sure hope that is early enough to beat the snow storm. She gets off work then, otherwise they would be leaving earlier. Kids get out of school early for the approaching storm.
The cloud cover is so dense, we keep losing the satellite signal. Good thing we have the computer, wifi and netflex. It's going to be a long weekend..

Just got the 2018 Notice of Appraised
Value - EVERYTHING went up. Mobile
homes are supposed to DEpreciate,
just like a car, not increase in value.
One house went from $26K to $55K!
Insanity!
The other house (the one that was
trashed by the renters) went from
$10K to $29K.
My house went from $29K to $115K!
You better believe DH and I will be one
of the first people in line to protest the
appraised value, complete with photos.
That is CRAZY Momala. They will screw you every chance they get. Its unbelievable. We are dealing with something similar. And if you question, you are on the blacklist. Its heartbreaking...

My guess is it isn't just your properties but many of your neighbor's as well. Talk to them and see if it happened to them as well.
