DD and I did an inflatable 5k today. It was fun running and climbing on giant inflatable obstacles. Being a short girl I had to stretch pretty far to get my legs over some things. One really big stretch a felt a muscle pull. In my bum, lol. Owie.
I am sore too right now. Did a 5 mile hike with my hiking group. Afterwards we went to this out of the way farm Pickety Place that was one of the inspirations for illustrations for Red Riding Hood. It is a farm to table place. They have 3-4 seatings a day. 4 course meal with everything decided, your only choice is one of two entrees.
Just WOW. It was and awesome day, going to snow a bit tonight, have a fire going and watching An Unfinished Life on Netflix.

DH made the mistake of calling me lazy today because I didn't dump the water from the steam cleaner last time I used it. Sooo, instead of cleaning the lunch dishes, vacuuming the loft, cleaning out the loft, making the loft bed (his brother is visiting next weekend) and putting away my laundry, I decided to take a nap

We are at the beach with a beautiful heavy thunderstorm. I will sleep like a baby. Tomorrow will be gorgeous. We are here with our best couple friends. The guys are talking guns, L and I are sipping on Jack. Life is good...
