Went out this morning early and got the remaining two new plants in the ground and trimmed my Japanese Maple so now it looks like a tree instead of a bush. Waiting for electrician to come give me a second estimate on a home generator.
It's a very wet day here. It rained a bit last night. I slept with the windows and balcony door open and now everything in here feels damp. No sun expected for the day but possible T-storms later. Temp is supposed to rise to the mid 80s.
I have to work a six-hour shift this afternoon and then 8.5 tomorrow. I was hoping for a shorter shift tomorrow to get a few things done around here. Oh well. At least I'm off Sunday. Next week will be a long week too. I changed jobs to get more hours and certainly accomplished that. I all but tripled my hours over the last job. The bank account certainly appreciates that! lol

Need to get to Hobby Lobby to pick up the things I couldn't get yesterday.
Taking Aaron to a job interview first.
Supposed to rain tomorrow.

This woman in the store today had on leggings. The pattern and colors and the way they fit made it look like she had baboon butt.
I never have my phone with me for the good pictures.

FNW ~
Check the condenser for ants! They
love to congregate around the elements
and short them out.
NOTE TO ALL
If you have an outside unit for your a/c,
spray around it with ant/roach spray
every single month! $2 worth of spray
will last all season, and prevent thousands
of dollars in repairs.
Good evening! Just got back from shopping, bought stuff for a fairy garden at hobby lobby, a couple of books at mardels, a top at Dillard's, Capri pants at Macey s, clothes for two little boys at gymbory, a baby gift, and finally brisket at Sam's which was the main reason I went to the city.

Glad you remembered the whole reason why you went, the Brisket!

Did you make one for yourself, too?

Is it true? You get to love on them and play with them and then send them home with their parents when you're done?

Especially use it after any rainy spell.
Turned out to be mice. I remember finding a dead one inside last year. Dad was able to get it out with one of his tools. Apparently they came back this winter, and built nests, chewed through wires, etc. $800 later we have A/C. And now the front came through and it's cool out. LOL
