Renters, who were given Monday as their
move-out date by the Judge, are still there.
She texted, saying "oh the rain made it
impossible for us to move anything - can
we please get an extension?" OK, I gave
her until Wednesday afternoon to get all
of her stuff out of the house, so I could
get a cleaning crew in to fumigate and
disinfect. Thursday, there was still all
sorts of junk there, so I had to go to the
JP and pay $250 to have the Constable
come and post a public notice on the door
saying he was coming at 10:00 a.m. on
Wednesday to physically remove them and
any of their belongings to the curb.
There are box springs, mattresses, rugs, and
I don't know what else on the porch. I know
they were there last night, because the front
door is wide open, and the notice is still on
the storm door.
No wonder her teenage daughter was always
staying with her girl friends. What a terrible
example to set for your kids.
Geez, momala! Look at it this way, any money spent to get them out is well worth it. I'm so sorry you have to go through this. As a previous property manager, I totally get your frustrations! Hugs!
Well, it's been a busy morning around my apartment trying to get some much needed things accomplished. The weather has been spectacular with warmer days, less humidity than normal and much cooler nights than normal. Love it!
OK, it's time to end this tennis match between Isner and Anderson! Let's hope it doesn't go like that one did with Isner where it went to 70 - 68 and lasted I think over 11 hours. I want to see Djokovic and Nadal!!!

After two weeks of driving back and forth to CT and staying at various places I am finally home. The services were wonderful and family from all over the country came which was a surprise. Such a nice, bittersweet time.
Came home to two beautiful plants that were delivered today. One was a nice green-leaf plant and one is pink orchids, but not cut flowers, a plant. So beautiful!
Yikes Momala on the tenants.
