Yes, more t-storms and rain throughout the day! I'm up way too early as I have to work the early shift. It's only four hours so I'll be done by 10. YAY! Planning to drop off a couple applications on my way home. This PT job has turned in to a major PITA!
FS, the good thing about all this rain is that maybe we won't dry up to nothing in August.

Another 1.5" overnight. The boys were supposed to spend the night at my parents' house but called around 9 PM. #2 called me crying, said he missed me and wanted to come home. #1 was crying because #2 was crying. So DH went and picked them up. My mom said she didn't do or say anything to upset them, but I think it was because of the storm. They spent the night there a few weeks ago and were fine.
It just won't let up! It's one downpour after another with about half an hour in between them of drizzle or light rain. UGH!
Awwww FNW, they miss their mom. It was probably due to the storm but I think it's cool that they wanted to come home with you. Soon enough, they'll want to spend more time away from you with their friends. lol Enjoy it while you can!
It's been awhile. I've been super busy and took a board break since I didn't have time to interact. I lurked some to try and stay caught up but didn't log in.
DS had his first day of preschool yesterday! He's enjoying it so far. His teacher is a perfect match for him and his strong-willed nature. I'm excited for him as he embarks on this journey of learning.
My parents, grandma, and uncle are getting settled into their new house. Their old landlord sold the house they were renting. Grr. Oh well. The new house is cute. DS picked HIS room and he is very assertive about HIS room and boy does he let you know it.
I've had so many dr appointments over the last month or so that my brain is mush. Once I get some good quality sleep, I need to sort through everything and make sure everything is in order.
Welcome back chef! What a big milestone for your little man, hope he enjoys preschool and makes lots of friends. Had a dentist appointment today and the traffic on the road was horrible, what usually takes a hour in a half turned into over two hours to get home.
