He jumps off and he's getting old.
I'm afraid he's going to hurt himself.
Plus, it'll open up the space in front of our big window.
I've got a big pot of beans on the stove simmering for dinner.

Got the a/c in the rent house fixed
($250), plus all the venetian blinds
replaced ($250), plus got a quote
on the carpeting ($700). I can

I wonder how much trouble I'd get in if my DS gave me his old beater car that he's planning to take to the graveyard and I drove it through the plate glass showroom of the dealer who didn't fix my Jeep right the first time, told me the part wasn't covered by the extended warranty when it actually is covered, charged me almost $1400 and it broke down again three days after getting it back leaving me stranded and they've had it for a week supposedly working on it but all I hear is that the mechanic is driving it trying to get it to duplicate then asks if he can drive it home to and from work all NEXT WEEK to try to get it to do what it did to me?

I really do hope you get a great tenant this time! You've had your share of problems with rentals.

Sad to say it, but you need to take a man who knows about cars to that mechanic.
Because he's taking you for a ride, and not the good kind!
