Surprise party this afternoon for a friend. LOL I thought the party was tomorrow and when I came home from grocery shopping noticed all the decorations up and wondered why they were decorating a day early . Checked the invite. Whoops party is today.

Good afternoon! My son and his family are flying home today so I will get to see my grandboys tommorrow and back to babysitting Monday, been lost without them. To be truthful it was nice the first week because I got a lot done, but I'm ready for them to be back.
DS' first ever school pics are in! I'm unreasonably excited about school pics! They're at grandma's though so I still have to wait a few more hours before I can see them. Gah! I'm gonna burst!

Fun time at the party. Some of us ladies want to do active stuff since our kids are older. I think a skiing or white water rafting trip is in my future.

I just finished watching the women's final at the US Open. I have to say I'm very disappointed in Serena's behavior. IMO, she got what she deserved. She just didn't know when to shut up. It totally detracted from Osaka's win. What a shame.
The boys had flag football. In the rain. After awhile, I got pretty cold and sat in the car. So I missed the interception and subsequent touch downs where they won the game. Oh well.
