God sent us 13 inches of rain in the month of September...is it really necessary to run your sprinklers in the morning? Do you have so much money to burn, that you want to give it to the Fort Worth Water Department, for no good reason?
I spent most of my walk, going down the middle of the road. Using the sidewalk wasn't an option.
Lesson learned.
Tomorrow morning, I will drive over to Capp Smith Park, and use the walking path around the duck pond.
It isn't raining right now, but it will start again.
We have gotten around 14 inches in the last 2 days.
Lots of fog.

I'm glad your new renters are working out, Momala. Good luck with the roof.
SB, I'd send you some rain, if I could.
And, my day just keeps getting worse.
I took Belle in for her state inspection, and for the first time ever, she failed!
When the man at Road Runner told me that, I must have had such a look of horror on my face.
He said, "Ma'am, please don't stress. This should be an easy fix. Has your battery been disconnected recently?"
I said, "Maybe. I just got her back from the transmission place. She needed a new clutch, etc. So, I imagine they might have needed to disconnect the battery."
He said, "I bet they did. All you have to do is run her for about 100 miles, so the sensors reset. Bring her back in a week, and she'll pass."
This Jeep is going to do me in.
I thought I was gonna take the big one, right then and there.
Hey, y’all! I hope you are doing well.
I got out and weeded the whole front yard, trimmed the bushes, etc. this morning. I have to do the back yard tomorrow.
Oktoberfest is this weekend, so looking we’re forward to that.
Fwm, we just got a new sprinkler control box that is internet connected and keeps track of the weather and only runs if the lawn needs it. It is so cool! Maybe your neighbors should look into that. ; )

According to the local weather person, we are 10 inches above normal for the year.
We were 7 inches below normal last week.

Everything is wonderful here! Our business is doing well, Husband’s received a promotion at work and Bunny’s teacher this year seems to be much more compatible? agreeable? than the one he had last year.

Life is good, we are all happy.
How‘s things with you?
Good! Glad to hear it!
Things with me are good.
Other than a stomach bug we are taking turns with and the incredible amount of rain, we are good.

Everytime FWM says "my pretties" I am reminded of Oz and the wicked witch.

It's good to here from you, Tang!
I'm glad all is well with you and your family.
That control box sounds cool. I wish my neighbors would get one. And, learn to follow the damn rules.
Fort Worth is on a year round watering schedule.
It looks like this:
Monday No watering allowed
Tuesday & Friday Non-residential sites (apartments, businesses, parks, common areas)
