Less than a quarter mile visibility from around 5ish yesterday until this morning.
Thankfully, it is clearing quickly.
Taking Monster to the groomers, think I'll get a haircut, too, while out.

Had a great time at the card party last night. Enjoyed the best Bloody Mary ever! The secret was spiced (as in hot) pickled bean juice. It was awesome! I whipped everyone of those guys at cards last night. Gosh that was fun.

Monster and I are looking rather stunning, I must say.
My gosh, what a morning of running.
Dropped Monster off, went across the street to Great Clips, came home, vacuumed the floors, gathered and took off the trash, took a ride up to the other property for a looksee after all the rains(everything is still there), back home, washed up some dishes, phone call saying Monster was ready, took off to get him, and finally home.
Think I'm gonna sweep the floors, take a shower, and maybe a nap.
Oh sausage rolls! I gotta make dinner, too!

I need to get a hair trim bad. Just like a half inch would clean up my ends.
I'm working OT today. I'm on a "hot" project so I will be working 6 days a week for at least the next month. (I typically work 4 10's). But my bank account will be singing hallelujah that's for sure.

Candles gone, two trees down and a few decorations removed. Still have the boys' trees, my MIL tree in the family room, and small trees throughout the house and a few odds and ends. I might do those tomorrow. I might leave the boys' trees up for another week or two after we get back from California.

A Bloody Mary is made with GOOD
tomato juice (think Sacramento),
vodka, Worcestershire sauce, a
couple of drops of Tabasco, and
garnished with a celery sprig.
A Bloody Caesar is the same, but
using Clamato juice instead of tomato
juice.
If you want to fancy it up, and add
a little more spice, moisten the
rim of the glass with a piece of
lemon, then dip the glass into a
mixture of salt and chili powder.
I want one but I don't have an existing doorbell. Not sure what I would have to do. I'm guessing hire a professional.
Or, if you are like us, we have a doorbell by every door. No one ever uses them.
