Went to brunch with a few friends, I am sooo stuffed. Perhaps some more clothes purging today and that may be it! I really need to get some exercise. Blech

Sounds like brunch was yummy, I need exercise, too, but it's wet, rainy, and cold.
That vacation sounds great.
I'm washing clothes, cooking, and cleaning.
It's all I ever do.
I'm also trying to plan some projects for warmer weather.
Dreaming of Spring.

Well. I just made some really good, clean the pipes, chili.
Opened up my sinuses, but good.

Hey Lily ~ Maybe you and I could have our own chili cook-off! Who wants to volunteer to be a judge ?
How? Put our recipes on here and others make it themselves?
That might be fun.
But I don't really have a recipe.
I use the palm of my hand or the lid or just eyeball things.
I could probably figure it out, though.
My cooking method is taste and adjust.

Dark kidney today, I love black beans, not a fan of pintos in chili.

Competition chili, as per both CASI
and ICS requires NO beans, which
are considered a "filler". No beans,
no rice, no pasta. (Chili Appreciation
Society International, and International
Chili Society).
I guess we'd give our recipe, and let
you cook it. Or I could say just go
out and buy a box of CASI chili mix
in the stores! But use the short cut
method - the "long" version just
isn't worth the time and extra
steps.
