Looks like everyone is in for a snowy or freezing weekend. It is snowing here right now. Went to lunch with a friend, the men who are doing the remodeling left before it started to ice so I got the house to myself. You all stay safe and warm.
If we are going to get some kind of winter stuff, I hope it's snow.
But, we usually get sleet or freezing rain.

Saw my great Aunt and her great grandson there, too.
Now, I'm trying decide between leftover stew or making potato soup for dinner.

Picked up the makings for stew for
30 people, then drove an hour to
the chili cookoff. Its a good thing
I had my onion chopper. The two
other people who were helping me
couldn't believe how quickly I diced
ten pounds of potatoes, ten pounds
of carrots, five ginormous onions,
and four bunches of celery! I let
the other people cut the meat,
sear it, and do the seasoning. I
must say they did a good job.
Called Bingo tonight for about 20
people; will do a repeat tomorrow
for about 40 or so.
