IKWTDS, both super bowl bound teams have a former Nebraska player. Patriots have Burkhead, Ram's have Suh. Should be an interesting game with former team mates playing against each other.
I am doing absolutely nothing today. Waiting for the plumber to unclog a drain... oh what fun. DH has already tried and failed to unclog it himself.

I brought my blood pressure down to normal in one week. I hate to say it, but last Tuesday while at the doctor's it was 180/112. That's how much I hate going to the doctor.
Yeah I know. The only reason she wasn't panicked is because my heart rate was fine, my pulse was normal, and I wasn't experiencing any chest pain or dizziness.

when a nurse's assistant takes
it ten minutes later.

This happens to me every single time so they take my BP twice. When I first am in the exam room and then 10 min later. My BP always is down the second time around.

Yep, me too. It's even worse at the dentist. The girls always offer to have someone sit and hold my hand. They also have warm blankets and oil infused neck pillows to use.
It's definitely white coat symtpom. They did take it a second time and it was a bit higher. Funny, I don't have a problem at my OB. But my OB saved my life so there's trust there. and I know she's not going to poke me for blood and prescribe a bunch of meds.
