All these false accusers, whether it be racial or sex assault accusers must be charged with crimes. It is the only thing that will help bring the false accusations to an end.

According to the news this morning on one channel, I can't remember which one, if it is proven he faked it, he will face charges. If found guilty, he is facing 3 years in prison, and he will have to pay restitution to the Chicago police.

I agree, proven false accusers should be prosecuted.

 According to the article I read, the disorderly conduct he is charged with is a class 4 felony. 

It carries a sentence of 3-5 years in prison.

If convicted and sentenced to the minimum, he has effectively kill his career.

He also put a noose around his neck and claimed it was done by those two Trump supporters. Turned out these Trump supporters were his friends whom he paid to do it to him. Some of his wounds were self inflicted as well. And one of these "supporters" worked with him on the set of Empire, and the other was his brother. Both are Nigerian.

He's absolutely the stupidest sort of criminal.

He hired people he knows - his personal trainer and a worker from the Empire set to perform the fake attack.
He called them upwards of 50 times on his own cell phone.
He wrote them a personal check for payment.

There should be an additional charge for stupidity.
