I bought some decorations for the family baby shower. It's a pumpkin patch theme. So cute.
Tried to find a dress for Colton's wedding. No luck.
Bought a few groceries.
Now I'm home, and I'm having to use my cane in the house. So. Much. Pain.
Our afternoon thunderstorms are firing up.

Since patient privacy is su h a big thing I can only share this because it's already been posted on our hospital FB page. We got a kid in surgery today that was supposed to be a graduating marine this morning. He missed out on his once in a lifetime ceremony. Someone got a speaker and a bunch of people (minus me because those jerks didn't come get me) lined the hall and they played the marine corps hymn as he was wheeled back after his time in recovery. His parents were invited back and everyone applauded as he rolled by.

I think I might have broken some little bone in my hand in the near-miss bus moment a week or two ago. I've had pain since that day but didn't remember grabbing or hitting anything on that side, but it's gotten progessively worse. Off to the walk-in tomorrow for a x-ray referral.
OK geek meet is happening in September!
