Just got off the phone with AAA.
Took off DH's 2009 Toyota Tacoma
and put on his new (2016) Tacoma!
The old one was juuuuusssssttttt
starting to give him some minor
problems, so he looked on line,
and decided on the dealership.
Among their inventory was a nice
silver pick-up - so new that it had
not even been vacuumed or washed.
Brand new on the lot. DH decided
he liked it. I did the test drive, and
was pleased with it as well.
It should be ready for us early this
afternoon. AAA emailed me the
new insurance card, so we're good
to go!
I think I'll make a bright yellow
wreath for the front. My Focus
has a bright red one on it, so it
will look like a member of the
family !
It's 78, the real feel is 91, we may, or may not, get rain, but we get the building humidity.
I have noticed a step decline in hummingbirds over the last 2 weeks. Where I would have 8 to 12 feeding at any one time, now I'm only getting one or two now and then throughout the day.

Used the new truck to drive to Church
this morning - love the new car smell!
It handled very well, and got decent
gas mileage. We have an appointment
for Wednesday to have the running
boards replaced. They're just not
long enough for me to maneuver on
them. But this was included in the
price
