Atm, the top one and the 4th one with the little green chair in the corner are the top runners. Price & availability also being taken into consideration. These run from $150 - $300 per month for a one day rental.
Yes, yes I do. And would have to if I want to pay rent! BUT - going out on my own 100% right away would be really hard. My reputation in the community isn't quite what it would need to be. I'm still a bit of an unknown entity. So, starting slow with a day a week outside of my associate-ship is a good way to start. Then add other days as I can. So, 3 days at associate-ship + 1 day on my own to start.

You seem to have it all thought out. Good for you.

That 3rd one is $250 per day. So, I think $1000 per month, but some of them are hard to read. It might just be $250/m. This posting is harder to read than some of them for pricing.
Which one is the most affordable with all things considered.
Transportation, rent, accessibility for you and your clients, lunch. The one that has the greatest profit to cost is the one you want.

There is only one on here that is out of budget, and only because I think that the renter is overshooting and what they're offering is not worth what they are charging. The rest are all affordable. The only thing that will change in my practice is the rent cost, and to balance that I will not have to give up 33% of my fees, which will exceed the rent.
Numbers have have been crunched for years!

There is also a location/aesthetic. I am willing to pay a little more for a great location (2 of those are on the water, so I'd pay more but it's also kinda ugly. It's a trade off)

There are just so many good choices! And it's fun to explore options and think creatively about what my next step could be. Picking one too soon takes so much choice out of it.
Damn! That one with the amazing view of the mountains and ocean got snapped up in less than 18hrs. Emailed them last night and by the time she got back to me this morning she already had someone waiting to sign papers.
One question. If you are only there on Thursdays, say, who is responsible for taking care of the plants?
The person whose office it actually is. A daily rental is really a sublet. But only for 4 days a month. (granted, in my office there wouldn't be plants ... they'd all die)
I like that one too. I emailed the person, and it is still available. I'm going to go look at it. She sent another pic with a better angle and including some of the view.
It looks hot. I'd go when the sun is in the same angle.
Something tells me you'd have to close the blinds, or move the furniture.

Isn't there usually a film on office windows to keep out the heat/cold? That's how it is with the offices I have had.
I like the last one. But really, find one in a location that attracts attention, and convenience for your patients. (parking, access, safe neighborhood, etc.)

That's why I like this one. Technically it's all about the view, as 99% of the people here are only here because the beauty and access of the mountains and water. The view of both is attractive.
Some of our windows are filmed, but the older heritage buildings are not. This building is just slightly out of the main part of downtown, off the central hub, so the location is great. Definitely a safe neighbourhood (I looked at one once where my clients would likely have to step over needles to get there. Walked away quick) but parking will be something to check out. There is not a lot of street parking in areas just slightly to the west of the location, but this building should still be in the business district, so should be okay.
Still would be blinding to sit with the sun in your eyes.

Tiny. Could reach side to side if I lay down. Oh well. NVM. Looking at this one now. The biggest problem with it is that he name is etched on the door. I hate that.
