Do any of you use Arnica cream?  It's supposed to be this magical stuff that helps arthritis, muscle pain, and even bruising.  Seriously curious.  How have I not heard of this?

Found this. Not sure I'd use it.

Back in the '40s and '50s, it was used
for sprains, strains, bruises, but not
on open wounds - it would sting like
blue blazes. It was actually very
effective. You would dilute it in cool
water, and soak the affected body
part in it for about 20 minutes.

Seems the only concerns are if you take it orally. There don't appear to be any issues with the cream unless you are allergic.

"Back in the day" it was only
available in liquid. Don't know
about the cream.
