Good morning! I hate Windows upgrades! Always seems to mess things up. ARGH! Hope you can figure out how to get the sound back.
A very chilly start to the day here. But, the sun is out and should warm up to the mid 70s this afternoon. Have to work the afternoon shift so for now, am just going to get some of the regular household chores done.
I have 2 guys with paychecks burning holes in their pockets. I'll spend the day with them doing stuff.

Took DH out to breakfast this morning, after his fasting labs. When we went to pay, our waitress said one of her regular customers had paid for our meal! Wow! How cool was that!
Don't know who it was, but we are most grateful, and will try to pay it forward the next time we eat out.

Parent-teacher conference this afternoon. Fall break began yesterday. He's off for 2 weeks. I cannot believe first quarter is over. Won't be long before winter break will be here and Kindergarten will be half over.
Birthday party planning is in full swing and is almost complete. Just gotta get a few more odds and ends. Not sure if I mentioned it here or not but we're doing a joint party this year with his besties. DS is super excited about it. We're doing a Pokemon theme this year. Might just do this for future years if the kids are up for it.
