Got an e-mail from my niece. "Find (niece's) location anytime on Goggle Maps. You can know exactly where she is."
What!?!? Voluntarily surrendering one's privacy? I did not join the site, needless to say. Guess I am just strange, but I do not see the need for everyone to know exactly where I am 24 hours a day And I certainly do not want to know where they are.. Nor do I see the need to talk/text constantly with acquaintances/friends. Are people so afraid of a little time alone these days? Just do not get it. No one seems to sit down and take a minute to think any more; just jump from one "exciting" event to the next to the next. Go along for the ride. Makes me worried about the future of humanity....
A flock of flirting flamingos is pure, passionate, pink pandemonium-a frenetic flamingle-mangle-a discordant discotheque of delirious dancing, flamboyant feathers, and flamingo lingo.
I have it on my phone, but I have to be the most boring person to watch ever. I spend my time at home, doctors, church, or buying groceries.

I guess my main concern is that people will get used to using this app and being easily located. Then it becomes a rule/law that you must belong and then we are starting to look at 1984.... (Orwell) where government knows where you are all the time, etc. But, as you all know, I am paranoid anyway....

We're there, I'm afraid.
You can't go anywhere that isn't being recorded these days.

The camera stuff I think is good. But on an electronic device, just turn off tracking GPS. Easy.
