Morning! Just back from taking Jewel to her first well check, she has lost 5 ounces, but that's within the normal range. She is doing beautifully. Caitlyn said Jewel turned herself from back to side twice this morning.
I have got so much to do today. My prepare for Thanksgiving count down cleaning schedule is way off course! But, hopefully I can get caught up today.
It's a crisp, but sunny, 48 degrees.

There is a pop up holiday craft boutique going on nearby so when DH & the boys get back from basketball practice we're going to that. I used to love going to those things but haven't been to any in years.

went up the street and got my friend's dog. A cute corgi. Sonny and I are taking care of her today. Going to see Steven Wright tonight. Too cold to dress up, not that it's required for a comedy show at a Civic Center. Just doing chores and the occasional dog walk today.

I agree with fnw, a c-section is a major surgery and she is going to need help, I know you would and I’m sure she wants to be in her own home and bed, All you can do is be available to her. Does your Church do the meal train? Our Church as well as my daughters Church does this and is a huge help.
Meals are covered. She was able to get a few meals in the freezer, of course she thought she had at least another week.

She is young and strong and smart that she prepared some meals ahead of time.
She already has a job lined up as soon as she is released to go back to work, and it comes with daycare.
